Yeager Design & Interiors at the 2015 WV Home Show at the Charleston Civic Center

Space planning is just once facet of interior design. We had quite a challenge ahead of us after we signed up for the Home Show. A standard booth size for the exhibitors is 10′ x 10′. How could we best showcase what we do and what we have to offer in our showroom? Why not stage the booth like a cozy and cool living room!

This is where the creative problem solving comes into the picture. Every home has overhead lighting. But how do we bring down the 25′ ceilings in the Civic Center to give the space an awesome statement light? Our solution was to get out the power tools! That pallet wall in the pictures below was constructed to create visual interest, add texture and a rustic element to the booth, and be able to host a hanging light.

So we loaded up our furniture, accessories, lighting, and our handy pallet wall…

What do you think of the final product?

If we can do this with a 10′ x 10′ booth, just imagine what we can do in your home!

We were loving this new print and just had to bring Logan and his matching pillows…what a showstopper!
